By purchasing a retainer package, clients ensure continued and ongoing support when they need it. A retainer package is a cost-effective option, as we provide discounts for the more hours you use.
Retainer hours must be used within 30 days of when they are purchased, and unused time does not carry over. Retainer packages are paid in full at the beginning of each month.
We will develop customized retainer packages for clients who are interested in purchasing more than 20 hours per month. Additional hours needed over the reserved amount will be charged at the discounted hourly rate for that retainer package.
